THE STORY
From Apartadó to Easton.
Born in Apartadó, Antioquia, Jhay Foreign moved to Easton, Pennsylvania at eight without speaking English. By sixteen, he was turning his thoughts into poems and lyrics. He built his audience independently, carrying his Colombian roots into a sound that moves through reggaeton, hip hop and melody.

SIGNED BY JIM JONES
Jim Jones recognized Jhay’s talent in New York and brought him into Vamp Life Records. That chapter put his Colombian voice inside one of New York hip hop’s established circles and led to “2 Seat,” their collaboration that reached HOT 97 and Loud Radio.
BUILT ON STAGE
Opening performances for Travis Scott, Meek Mill, A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, Juelz Santana, Millyz and Jim Jones are part of his live résumé. Performances, collaborations and appearances across the hip hop scene have shaped a career that reaches well beyond any one venue.

With “BONITA” alongside Diamond La Mafia, Jhay brought Colombia and the Dominican Republic together, working with Latinnites Music, Warner Music Latina and ADA on the release. “Entrégate” featuring LouGotCash and “HELLUVIT” with J€AN-MARC extend a catalog built across languages and styles.

Nacido en Apartadó, Antioquia, Jhay Foreign llegó a Easton, Pensilvania a los ocho años sin hablar inglés. A los dieciséis comenzó a convertir sus ideas en poemas y letras. Construyó su público de forma independiente, llevando sus raíces colombianas a un sonido que recorre el reguetón, el hip hop y la melodía.

FIRMADO POR JIM JONES
Jim Jones reconoció el talento de Jhay en Nueva York y lo incorporó a Vamp Life Records. Esa etapa llevó su voz colombiana a uno de los círculos establecidos del hip hop neoyorquino y dio paso a “2 Seat”, su colaboración que llegó a HOT 97 y Loud Radio.
